Airports

McClellan – Palomar Airport (CLD)

Located in Carlsbad, McClellan-Palomar Airport is the ideal gateway to Carlsbad and the greater North County San Diego County region. There are daily flights to and from Los Angeles, while also serving the general aviation community, corporate aircraft, and commercial services.

San Diego International Airport (SAN)

A short drive down the coast from Carlsbad, the San Diego International Airport is served by all major airlines and allows for easy access to Southern California.

Unified Port of San Diego

The Port of San Diego is the fourth largest of the 11 ports in California.

The port oversees two maritime cargo terminals, two cruise ship terminals, 20 public parks, the Harbor Police Department and the leases of hundreds of tenant and sub tenant businesses around San Diego Bay.

In FY 2013, 2.7 million metric tons were transported.
