Carlsbad Businesses are some of the most reputable companies

Carlsbad’s businesses have a great reputation and are known around the world for their brands.  Last month, Forbes with the Reputation Institute released a list of the 100 most reputable companies. Eighteen of the top 100 most reputable companies in the world have a presence in Carlsbad.  The companies in Carlsbad’s global portfolio are impressive and include some of the top names in industry.

From designing the next generation of Mercedes-Benz at Daimler to designing high tech golf clubs for Taylormade, Carlsbad’s reputable companies like Phillips Respironics and Abbott Laboratories help the world live healthier.  Companies like LG Display change the way we see view and interact with the world. Visitors and residents create memorable experiences at world class hotels like Cape Rey Carlsbad and Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa. Companies like LEGO have a connection with children through the destination themed LEGOLAND California Resort so it’s no wonder Carlsbad is a great place to do business.

Forbes, Inc. reports that the Global RepTrak list stands out from other corporate lists. The reputation of a company is important.  In a recent survey of 476 businesses in Carlsbad, 85% indicated that the city was an excellent or good place to do businesses.  In addition, businesses were approximately eight times as likely to be optimistic about the local business climate and almost 75% of Carlsbad businesses were confident about city government’s decisions to improve business climate.
