Collaborate with finance and billing teams to trigger workflow automation based on real-time shipment conditions Partner with Stakeholders Collaborate closely with Healthcare and Industrial product teams to develop scalable automation systems that serve diverse customer needs. Work hand-in-hand with Ops and Customer Experience to ensure your solutions are grounded in real-world pain points and opportunities. Build with Data and Feedback Use data to identify automation opportunities and measure impact through metrics and A/B testing. Continuously refine tools based on user feedback, edge cases, and system performance. Champion Automation Best Practices Balance full automation with smart exception handling to ensure reliability and trust. Requirements: 2–4 years of product management experience, ideally in logistics, operations tech, workflow automation, or SaaS. Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex workflows. Passion for operational efficiency, problem solving, and fast-paced environments. Collaborative, data-informed, and comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with or exposure to workflow engines, automation platforms, or business rules systems is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field required.
