POSITION OVERVIEW Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Sales, the Marketing Manager leads the strategic development and day-to-day execution of the Company’s marketing initiatives. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Required Qualifications Three to seven years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment. At least three years of experience supervising, mentoring, or leading team members. Experience working within a small team or fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to execute independently and collaborate effectively. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media management, content strategy, and campaign planning. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Mailchimp. Experience developing and executing lead generation, customer engagement, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
